RingInOut 이용약관 및 운영정책 문서 버전: operation_2026-10-14_shared_ad_groups 1. 서비스의 성격 - RingInOut은 GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 및 기기 상태를 이용해 장소 또는 기기 조건에 따른 알람을 제공합니다. - 위치 신호, Android 제한, 제조사 절전 정책, 권한, 네트워크와 기기 상태에 따라 알람이 지연·누락·중복·오발동할 수 있습니다. 안전, 건강, 계약, 금전, 시험, 마감 등 큰 손실이 가능한 일에는 이 앱만 의존하지 마세요. - Wi-Fi 알람은 사용자가 저장한 Wi-Fi의 연결 또는 해지 상태를 기기에서 확인해 사용합니다. 강제 종료, 권한 해제, 절전 제한, 네트워크 전환이나 OS·제조사 동작에 따라 감지가 늦어지거나 실패할 수 있습니다. 2. 플랜 및 사용 한도 - Free 플랜은 정식 출시와 베타 모두 장소 2개와 장소당 알람 2개를 제공합니다. - Plus 플랜은 장소 4개와 장소당 알람 3개를, Pro 플랜은 장소 50개와 장소당 알람 10개를 제공합니다. Android의 앱당 지오펜스 제한이 적용되며 Pro 한도는 일반적인 실사용에 충분하도록 정한 안전 한도입니다. - 외부 지도 검색의 월 안전 한도는 Free 120회, Plus 250회, Pro 500회입니다. 기기 캐시 결과는 외부 검색을 다시 호출하지 않습니다. Free는 텍스트 검색을 제공하지만 지도에서 고른 위치의 주소 확인은 Plus/Pro에서 제공합니다. 비정상 사용, 제공업체 제한 또는 서비스 보호가 필요한 경우 일부 기능을 제한할 수 있습니다. 3. Free 플랜의 광고 지원 - RingInOut 서버가 현재 계정을 Free 플랜으로 확인하고 Google UMP가 광고 요청을 허용한 경우에만 광고를 요청할 수 있습니다. Plus, Pro, Special 및 개발자/관리자 계정은 광고를 요청하지 않습니다. - Free 플랜의 앱 오프닝 광고는 설치 후 첫 12시간 동안 표시하지 않습니다. 이후 앱 실행·포그라운드 복귀 시 12시간 동안 최대 1회 표시될 수 있으며, 알람으로 열린 경우에는 알람 종료 후 메인 화면에서 판단합니다. 오프닝·작업 광고가 실제로 노출될 때마다 다음 오프닝 광고까지 12시간을 다시 계산합니다. 미노출·로드 실패는 시간을 초기화하지 않습니다. - 작업 광고에는 두 개의 공유 6시간 그룹이 적용됩니다. 장소 삭제와 Bluetooth 기기 삭제는 하나의 그룹을 공유합니다. 장소 알람·Bluetooth 기기 알람의 삭제와 수정 저장은 다른 하나의 그룹을 공유합니다. 각 그룹의 다음 광고는 그 그룹의 마지막 실제 노출부터 6시간이 지나야 표시될 수 있습니다. - 모든 전체화면 광고 사이에는 이전 광고의 실제 노출 시점부터 최소 30분이 필요합니다. 일괄 삭제나 장소·기기와 연결 알람이 함께 지워지는 경우에도 광고는 최대 한 번만 표시할 수 있습니다. - 작업 시점에 광고가 이미 준비된 경우에만 즉시 표시할 수 있습니다. 준비되지 않은 광고는 그 작업에서 건너뛰며, 나중에 지연 표시하거나 재시도하지 않습니다. - 삭제는 광고보다 먼저 완료되며 광고 여부와 관계없이 복구되지 않습니다. 계정 삭제, 개인정보 권리 요청 및 자동 정리에는 작업 광고를 적용하지 않습니다. - Google Mobile Ads 및 Google UMP는 광고 제공, 측정, 동의·선택 관리 및 부정 이용 방지를 위해 광고 식별자, IP 주소, 기기 정보와 광고 상호작용을 처리할 수 있습니다. 지역에 따라 광고 개인정보 선택 화면이 제공될 수 있으며, 선택 변경은 이후 광고 요청에 적용됩니다. 4. 알람 조작 - 종료는 현재 울리는 알람만 끝냅니다. 일회성 알람은 완료되고 반복 알람은 다음 유효 조건에서 다시 사용할 수 있습니다. - 다시 알림은 사용자가 고른 시간 뒤 한 번의 알림을 예약합니다. 잠시 멈춤은 선택한 기간 동안 해당 알람을 억제합니다. - 오발동은 현재 울림만 끝내고 알람을 활성 상태로 유지하며, 정상 진입 또는 진출로 처리하지 않습니다. 5. 데이터와 기기 저장 - 장소, 알람, 검색 기록과 검색 캐시는 주로 기기에 저장됩니다. 검색 기록과 캐시는 저장 한도에 따라 오래된 항목이 자동 정리될 수 있으며, 앱 삭제, 앱 데이터 삭제 또는 기기 분실 뒤에는 복구되지 않을 수 있습니다. - 현재 위치와 저장한 장소의 좌표·반경은 기기에서 진입·진출·경유 알람을 판단하는 데 사용합니다. 정상적인 백그라운드 알람 감시는 RingInOut 서버에 이동 이력을 만들지 않습니다. - 다음 직접 호출 방식은 이 문서가 포함된 신버전에 적용됩니다. 장소명·주소 검색과 유료 역지오코딩에 필요한 검색어, 주소, 현재 GPS 좌표 또는 지도 선택 좌표는 앱에서 Google Maps/Places/Geocoding, NAVER 지역검색 또는 NAVER Maps로 직접 전송되며 RingInOut 서버를 거치지 않습니다. 공급자는 자신의 정책에 따라 요청을 처리합니다. RingInOut 계정 ID와 Firebase UID는 지도 공급자 요청에 별도 필드로 포함하지 않습니다. 구버전의 기존 서버 검색 경로는 전환 기간 운영 후 차단될 예정입니다. - 현재 위치 주변 검색에는 필요한 위치와 검색 범위가 해당 지도 공급자에 직접 전달될 수 있습니다. Google 검색 목록에는 거리를 표시하지 않으며, 사용자가 선택한 장소의 거리만 기기에서 계산합니다. NAVER의 현재 위치 주변 검색과 기기 내 거리 계산은 유지됩니다. 주소 확인에 쓰는 좌표는 현재 위치 또는 지도에서 고른 지점일 수 있고, 검색 결과의 장소 좌표가 실제 사용자 위치를 뜻하지는 않습니다. - RingInOut 서버는 로그인·활성 기기·구독·동의와 지도 사용 한도를 확인합니다. 지도 호출 승인은 인증 정보, 작업 종류와 무작위 요청 식별자(nonce)를 사용하며 횟수와 중복 요청을 관리합니다. 이 승인 요청에는 검색어, 주소, 좌표, 공급자 장소 ID 또는 검색어 해시를 넣지 않습니다. - 기기·OS 주소 변환은 해당 제공자에게 좌표를 직접 전달할 수 있습니다. 위치 권한은 OS 설정에서 철회할 수 있으며 관련 위치 기능이 제한될 수 있습니다. 지도 검색은 선택 기능입니다. - Google Maps 기능과 콘텐츠에는 Google Maps 추가 이용약관(https://maps.google.com/help/terms_maps/) 및 Google 개인정보처리방침(https://policies.google.com/privacy)이 적용됩니다. NAVER 지역검색은 NAVER 개인정보처리방침(https://policy.naver.com/policy/privacy.html), NAVER Maps는 NAVER Cloud 개인정보처리방침(https://www.ncloud.com/policy/infou/infou)을 확인할 수 있습니다. - 기기 또는 OS의 음성 인식 서비스가 음성을 처리할 수 있으나 RingInOut 서버는 원본 음성 녹음을 보관하지 않습니다. - 직접 호출 신버전은 검색 결과나 선택 장소의 주소·좌표를 RingInOut 서버에 캐시하지 않습니다. 계정, 작업 종류, 무작위 요청 식별자와 승인 결과를 담는 단기 승인 기록은 약 24시간 뒤 만료되도록 설정되며 TTL 삭제는 늦을 수 있습니다. 구버전이 전환 기간 생성하는 기존 장소 상세 캐시는 장소 ID·주소·좌표와 계정 연결용 가명 해시를 포함할 수 있고 약 24시간 만료 기준을 따릅니다. 과거에 업로드한 위치·로그·진단 자료는 별도 보관·삭제 대상이며, 이 변경이 삭제 완료를 뜻하지는 않습니다. - 수동 버그리포트는 GPS 진입·이탈, Wi-Fi 연결·해제, Bluetooth 연결·해제의 알람 누락·지연 또는 기타에 해당하는 13개 고정 유형 중 하나와 정제된 기술 로그를 보냅니다. 이름·주소·좌표·검색어, 원래 장소명·알람명, SSID/BSSID, 계정 ID와 응답 원문은 로그에서 제외합니다. 자유 입력 설명은 기타 유형에서도 받지 않습니다. 거리·속도·정확도 등 파생 판정정보, 이벤트 시각, 상태·오류 코드, 앱·OS·권한·배터리 정보와 보고서 안에서만 쓰는 임시 태그는 포함될 수 있습니다. 보고서 접수는 계정과 연결될 수 있으므로 완전한 익명정보가 아닙니다. 구형 자유 입력 보고서는 새 보고서 경로에서 받지 않습니다. - 이 문서가 포함된 직접 호출 신버전에서는 Firebase Performance Monitoring의 자동·수동 성능 수집을 비활성화합니다. 정제된 Firebase Crashlytics 충돌 진단과 사용자가 선택해 보내는 오류보고는 유지합니다. - 지도 사용량은 계정별·종류별 횟수로, 플랜 한도 관찰은 장소·알람 등의 숫자 개수로 기록합니다. 계정의 시간대와 UTC 시차도 저장합니다. 이 기록에는 자동 만료가 설정되어 있지 않으며, 계정 삭제와 보관 예외는 아래 기준을 따릅니다. - 버그리포트와 단기 제한·진단 문서는 약 14일 후 Firestore TTL로 삭제되며 실행이 지연될 수 있습니다. Google Cloud 일반 운영 로그는 30일, 필수 감사 로그는 400일 보관됩니다. 탈퇴 후 재사용 방지용 계정·구매 토큰 해시와 삭제 상태는 자동 만료 없이 최소 범위로 남습니다. 이 해시는 완전한 익명정보가 아닙니다. 상세 항목·목적·SDK 보관 기간은 개인정보처리방침을 확인하세요. 6. 계정 삭제와 보관 예외 - 설정 또는 공개 계정 삭제 페이지에서 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 처리가 완료되면 서비스 제공에 불필요한 계정 연결 데이터는 삭제하거나 익명화합니다. - 결제, 환불, 부정 이용 방지, 동의 증적, 분쟁 또는 법적 의무에 필요한 최소 기록은 필요한 기간 보관될 수 있습니다. RingInOut 계정을 삭제해도 Google Play 구독은 자동으로 해지되지 않으므로 Play에서 별도로 해지해야 합니다. 7. 동의 증적과 변경 - 서버에는 확인한 이용약관·개인정보처리방침·운영정책 버전, 동의 시각, 앱 버전, 언어와 계정 식별자를 기록합니다. - 중요한 변경은 새 문서 버전으로 안내하고 다시 동의를 받습니다. 같은 문서 버전의 내용은 원격 설정에 따라 바뀌지 않습니다. 8. 무료 검색 및 주소 확인 안전 한도 - 플랜별 월간 검색 횟수는 보장 제공량이 아니라 비용 폭증과 비정상 사용을 막기 위한 최대 안전 상한입니다. - Free 플랜은 개인 월간 상한에 도달하기 전이라도 지도 제공자의 공용 무료 한도, Free 전용 일간·월간 운영 한도 또는 관리자 비용 보호 조치에 따라 장소 검색, 주소 검색, 지오코딩 및 역지오코딩이 먼저 제한될 수 있습니다. - Free 전용 공용 차단은 Plus 및 Pro 플랜에 적용되지 않습니다. 다만 유료 플랜에도 각 플랜의 개인 월간 상한과 제공자 장애·법적·보안상 제한은 적용될 수 있습니다. - 검색과 주소 확인이 제한되어도 지도를 직접 이동해 좌표를 선택하고 반경을 설정하여 장소를 저장할 수 있으며, 이미 저장된 장소와 알람은 계속 작동합니다. 9. Bluetooth 기기 알람 - Free 플랜은 Bluetooth 기기 2개와 기기별 알람 무제한을 제공합니다. Plus와 Pro는 Bluetooth 기기와 알람 수가 무제한입니다. - 기기 등록 화면은 페어링된 기기의 이름과 현재 연결 상태를 확인하며, 현재 연결된 기기만 등록할 수 있습니다. 주변 기기 검색은 하지 않습니다. 선택한 기기명, 설치별 비식별 기기 식별자와 알람 설정은 기기에 저장됩니다. - 연결 또는 해지 신호 뒤 약 5초 동안 같은 상태가 확인되면 알람 후보가 확정됩니다. Android·제조사·Bluetooth 프로필의 차이, 권한, 절전, 강제 종료 또는 기기 동작에 따라 지연·누락·오발동이 생길 수 있습니다. - Bluetooth 기기 삭제 광고는 아래 3항의 Free 플랜 광고 기준을 따릅니다. 기기와 연결 알람은 광고 여부와 관계없이 먼저 삭제됩니다. - 계정 삭제 시 선택한 Bluetooth 기기·알람, 연결 관찰 설정, 설치별 식별 salt와 로컬 진단 기록을 삭제합니다. 결제, 해지 및 환불 정책 - 유료 플랜의 가격, 결제일, 갱신, 해지와 환불 가능 여부는 Google Play 결제 화면과 정책을 따릅니다. 앱은 Google Play에서 확인된 실제 상품과 유효한 구매 상태만 플랜에 반영합니다. - 자동 갱신은 다음 결제 전에 Google Play에서 해지할 수 있습니다. RingInOut 계정을 삭제해도 Google Play 구독은 자동 해지되지 않습니다. - 환불 요청과 결제 분쟁은 Google Play 절차를 이용해야 하며, 관련 법령이 보장하는 권리는 제한되지 않습니다. 확정 환불 검토와 신규 구매 제한 - Google Play에서 수신한 환불 확정 알림 또는 관리자가 Google Play에서 주문별로 확인한 확정 환불을 검토합니다. 모든 환불이 자동 수집되는 것은 아닙니다. 같은 주문은 한 번만 계산하며, 확인된 RingInOut 계정에 연결합니다. - 환불 확정 시각부터 달력 기준 3개월 이내인 서로 다른 주문 2건 이상을 관리자가 부정 이용으로 확인한 경우, 그 결정일부터 신규 구매와 구매를 수반하는 플랜 변경을 30일간 제한합니다. 환불 요청이나 사유 미확인 건만으로는 제한하지 않습니다. 테스트 구매, 서비스·개발자 오류, 중복 결제와 정당한 환불은 제외합니다. - 이 제한은 기존의 유효한 유료 이용 권한, 일반 자동 갱신, 구매 복원, 앱의 기본 기능, 해지·환불 신청 및 법적 권리에 영향을 주지 않습니다. Google Play의 실제 환불·취소에 따른 이용 권한 변경은 별도입니다. 제한 사유와 종료 시각을 안내하며, didgmlcjf86@gmail.com으로 재검토를 요청할 수 있습니다. 관리자는 확인 후 조기 해제할 수 있습니다. 계정 연결은 영구적인 개인 식별을 보장하지 않습니다.
RingInOut Terms of Service and Operating Policy Document version: operation_2026-10-14_shared_ad_groups 1. Nature of the service - RingInOut provides place- or device-based alarms using GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and device state. - Location signals, Android restrictions, manufacturer battery controls, permissions, networks, and device conditions may delay, miss, duplicate, or falsely trigger an alarm. Do not rely only on this app for safety, health, contracts, money, exams, deadlines, or other loss-critical tasks. - Wi-Fi alarms use on-device connection or disconnection state for Wi-Fi networks you saved. Force-stop, revoked permissions, power restrictions, network transitions, and OS or device-vendor behavior may delay or prevent detection. 2. Plans and limits - Free includes 2 places and 2 alarms per place in both beta and the regular release. - Plus includes 4 places and 3 alarms per place. Pro includes 50 places and 10 alarms per place. Android's per-app geofence limit applies; the Pro limit is a safety limit designed to be ample for ordinary use. - Monthly external-search safety caps are 120 for Free, 250 for Plus, and 500 for Pro. Device-cache hits do not call external search again. Free includes text search, while reverse address lookup for a map-selected coordinate is available with Plus/Pro. Abnormal use, provider limits, or service protection may temporarily restrict features. 3. Ad-supported Free plan - Ads may be requested only when the RingInOut server confirms that the current account is Free and Google UMP permits ad requests. Plus, Pro, Special, and developer/admin accounts do not request ads. - Free shows no app-open ads during the first 12 hours after installation. After that, up to one ad may be shown per 12 hours on app launch or return to the foreground, including on the main screen after an alarm is dismissed. Each actual app-open or action-ad impression restarts the 12-hour wait for the next app-open ad. A missed display or load failure does not reset it. - Action ads use two shared six-hour groups. Place and Bluetooth-device deletion share one group. Deleting location or Bluetooth-device alarms and saving edits to those alarms share the other group. Each group can show another ad only after six hours from its last actual impression. - Every pair of full-screen ads requires at least 30 minutes after the previous actual impression. A bulk deletion, or a place/device deletion that also removes linked alarms, can show at most one ad. - An action ad can appear only immediately when it is already ready. Otherwise it is skipped for that action and is never delayed or retried later. - Deletion finishes before any ad and is not undone if no ad appears. Action ads do not apply to account deletion, data-rights requests, or automatic cleanup. - Google Mobile Ads and Google UMP may process advertising identifiers, IP address, device information, and ad interactions for ad delivery, measurement, consent/choice management, and fraud prevention. A regional ad privacy choices form may be available; changed choices apply to future ad requests. 4. Alarm controls - Dismiss ends the current ringing event. One-time alarms are completed; recurring alarms remain available for their next eligible condition. - Snooze schedules one reminder after the selected time. Pause suppresses that alarm for the selected period. - False Trigger ends only the current ringing, keeps the alarm active, and is not treated as a valid arrival or departure. 5. Data and device storage - Places, alarms, search history, and search cache are stored mainly on the device. Older search records and cache entries may be removed automatically as storage limits are reached, and may not be recoverable after uninstall, app-data deletion, or device loss. - Your current location and saved-place coordinates and radius are used on your device to detect arrival, departure, and pass-through alarms. Normal background alarm monitoring does not create a movement history on RingInOut servers. - The following direct-call design applies to new app versions that include this document. Search terms, addresses, current GPS coordinates or map-selected coordinates needed for place/address search and paid reverse geocoding are sent directly from the app to Google Maps/Places/Geocoding, NAVER Local Search, or NAVER Maps, without passing through RingInOut servers. Providers handle requests under their policies. RingInOut account IDs and Firebase UIDs are not included as separate fields in map-provider requests. Older versions' existing server search routes are scheduled to be blocked after the transition period. - Nearby searches may send the necessary location and search area directly to the selected map provider. Google search lists do not show distances; only the distance to a place you select is calculated on the device. NAVER nearby search and on-device distance calculation remain available. Address lookup coordinates may be your current location or a map-selected point, and a result's place coordinates do not necessarily describe your actual location. - RingInOut servers verify sign-in, active device, subscription, consent, and map usage limits. Map-call authorization uses authentication information, an operation type, and a random request identifier (nonce) to manage counts and duplicate requests. These authorization requests contain no search term, address, coordinates, provider place ID, or search-term hash. - Device or OS address conversion may send coordinates directly to its provider. You can withdraw location permission in OS settings, which may limit related location features. Map search is optional. - Google Maps features and content are subject to the Google Maps Additional Terms of Service (https://maps.google.com/help/terms_maps/) and Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). See the NAVER Privacy Policy (https://policy.naver.com/policy/privacy.html) for NAVER Local Search and the NAVER Cloud Privacy Policy (https://www.ncloud.com/policy/infou/infou) for NAVER Maps. - The device or OS speech service may process audio, but RingInOut servers do not retain raw voice recordings. - Direct-call versions do not cache search results or selected-place addresses and coordinates on RingInOut servers. Short-lived authorization records containing the account, operation type, random request identifier, and authorization result are set to expire after about 24 hours; TTL deletion may occur later. Older versions' place-detail caches created during the transition may contain place IDs, addresses, coordinates, and a pseudonymous account-linking hash, with an expiry of about 24 hours. Previously uploaded location, log, and diagnostic data remain subject to separate retention and deletion handling; this change does not mean their deletion has been completed. - Manual bug reports send one of 13 fixed categories covering missed or delayed alarms for GPS entry/exit, Wi-Fi connection/disconnection, Bluetooth connection/disconnection, or Other, together with sanitized technical logs. Logs exclude names, addresses, coordinates, search terms, raw place/alarm names, SSID/BSSID, account IDs, and response bodies. No free-text explanation is accepted, including for Other. Derived decision data such as distance, speed and accuracy, event times, state/failure codes, app/OS/permission/battery details, and temporary report-local tags may remain. Report submission may be linked to an account, so reports are not fully anonymous. The new report route does not accept older free-text reports. - In direct-call app versions that include this document, automatic and custom Firebase Performance Monitoring collection is disabled. Sanitized Firebase Crashlytics crash diagnostics and bug reports you choose to send remain available. - Map usage is recorded as counts by account and request type; plan-limit observations contain numeric counts such as places and alarms. Account time zone and UTC offset are also stored. These records have no automatic expiry and follow the account-deletion and retention exceptions below. - Bug reports and short-lived limit/diagnostic documents expire through Firestore TTL after about 14 days; deletion can be delayed. Google Cloud general operational logs are retained for 30 days and required audit logs for 400 days. After account deletion, minimal account/purchase-token hashes and deletion status remain without automatic expiry to prevent reuse. These hashes are not fully anonymous. See the Privacy Policy for data, purposes, and SDK retention. 6. Account deletion and retention exceptions - You may request deletion in Settings or through the public account-deletion request page. After completion, account-linking data not needed to provide the service is deleted or anonymized. - Minimum records needed for payments, refunds, fraud prevention, consent evidence, disputes, or legal duties may be retained as necessary. Deleting RingInOut does not cancel a Google Play subscription; cancel it separately in Google Play. 7. Consent evidence and changes - Consent records include the reviewed Terms, Privacy Policy, and Operating Policy versions, agreement time, app version, locale, and account identifier. - Material changes use a new document version and require consent again. A document version never changes with Remote Config. 8. Free search and address-lookup safety limits - Monthly search counts by plan are maximum safety ceilings for cost and abuse control, not guaranteed allowances. - Free place search, address search, geocoding, and reverse geocoding may be limited before the personal monthly ceiling when a provider's shared free allowance, a Free-only daily or monthly operating limit, or an administrator cost-protection control is reached. - Free-only shared blocking does not apply to Plus or Pro. Paid plans remain subject to their personal monthly ceiling and provider, legal, security, or outage restrictions. - Even while search and address lookup are limited, you can move the map, select coordinates directly, set a radius, and save a place. Existing places and alarms continue to work. 9. Bluetooth device alarms - Free includes 2 Bluetooth devices and unlimited alarms per device. Plus and Pro include unlimited Bluetooth devices and alarms. - The registration screen reads the names and current connection state of paired devices, and only a currently connected device can be registered. RingInOut does not scan nearby devices. The selected name, an install-local de-identified device identifier, and alarm settings are stored on the device. - A connect or disconnect candidate is confirmed after the same state remains verified for about 5 seconds. Android, manufacturer, Bluetooth-profile, permission, power, force-stop, or device behavior can still delay, miss, or falsely trigger an alarm. - Bluetooth-device deletion ads follow the Free-plan rules in section 3 below. The device and linked alarms are deleted first whether or not an ad is shown. - Account deletion removes selected Bluetooth devices and alarms, connection-observation associations, the install-local identity salt, and local Bluetooth diagnostics. Payment, cancellation, and refund policy - Paid-plan price, billing date, renewal, cancellation, and refund eligibility follow the Google Play checkout and policies. The app applies only the actual product and valid purchase state verified with Google Play. - Cancel auto-renewal in Google Play before the next charge. Deleting the RingInOut account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. - Use Google Play procedures for refund requests and billing disputes. Rights guaranteed by applicable law are not limited. Finalized refund review and new purchases - We review finalized refunds received from Google Play or individually verified by an administrator against a Google Play order. Not every refund is collected automatically. Each distinct order counts once and is linked to its verified RingInOut account. - When an administrator confirms abuse for at least 2 distinct orders within 3 calendar months of their refund timestamps, new purchases and plan changes requiring a purchase are restricted for 30 days from that decision. A refund request or an unknown reason alone does not trigger this restriction. Test purchases, service or developer errors, duplicate charges, and legitimate refunds are excluded. - This restriction does not affect existing valid paid access, normal automatic renewals, purchase restoration, core app features, cancellation or refund requests, or legal rights. Entitlement changes caused by Google Play refunds or cancellations are separate. We show the reason and end time; request review at didgmlcjf86@gmail.com. An administrator may release the restriction early after review. Account linking does not guarantee permanent identification of a person.

Sammellöschungen und Löschungen samt verknüpfter Alarme können höchstens eine Anzeige auslösen. - Eine Aktionsanzeige erscheint nur sofort, wenn sie bereits bereitsteht. Andernfalls wird sie für diese Aktion übersprungen und nie später verzögert oder erneut versucht. - Die Löschung ist vor einer Anzeige abgeschlossen und wird ohne Anzeige nicht rückgängig gemacht. Kontolöschung, Datenrechtsanfragen und automatische Bereinigung lösen keine Aktionsanzeige aus. - Google Mobile Ads und Google UMP können Werbe-IDs, IP-Adresse, Geräteinformationen und Anzeigeninteraktionen für Auslieferung, Messung, Einwilligungs-/Auswahlverwaltung und Betrugsprävention verarbeiten. 4. Alarmsteuerung - Beenden beendet nur das aktuelle Klingeln. Einmalige Alarme sind abgeschlossen; wiederkehrende bleiben für die nächste gültige Bedingung verfügbar. - Schlummern plant eine Erinnerung, Pausieren unterdrückt den Alarm für den gewählten Zeitraum. - Fehlauslösung beendet nur das aktuelle Klingeln, hält den Alarm aktiv und gilt nicht als gültige Ankunft oder Abfahrt. 5. Daten und Gerätespeicher - Orte, Alarme, Suchverlauf und Suchcache werden hauptsächlich auf dem Gerät gespeichert und sind nach Deinstallation, Datenlöschung oder Geräteverlust möglicherweise nicht wiederherstellbar. - Ihr aktueller Standort sowie Koordinaten und Radius gespeicherter Orte werden auf dem Gerät für Ankunfts-, Abfahrts- und Durchquerungsalarme verwendet. Die normale Hintergrundüberwachung erstellt keinen Bewegungsverlauf auf RingInOut-Servern. - Die folgende direkte Anbindung gilt für neue App-Versionen, die dieses Dokument enthalten. Suchbegriffe, Adressen und erforderliche aktuelle GPS- oder gewählte Kartenkoordinaten für Orts-/Adresssuche und kostenpflichtige umgekehrte Geokodierung werden direkt von der App an Google Maps/Places/Geocoding, NAVER Local Search oder NAVER Maps gesendet, ohne RingInOut-Server zu durchlaufen. Die Anbieter verarbeiten Anfragen nach ihren Richtlinien. RingInOut-Konto-IDs und Firebase-UIDs werden nicht als eigene Felder an Kartenanbieter gesendet. Die bestehenden Server-Suchwege älterer Versionen sollen nach der Übergangszeit gesperrt werden. - Für eine Suche in der Nähe können der erforderliche Standort und Suchbereich direkt an den gewählten Kartenanbieter gehen. Google-Suchlisten zeigen keine Entfernungen; nur die Entfernung zu einem ausgewählten Ort wird auf dem Gerät berechnet. NAVER-Suche in der Nähe und lokale Entfernungsberechnung bleiben verfügbar. Koordinaten zur Adresssuche können den aktuellen Standort oder einen gewählten Kartenpunkt bezeichnen. Ergebnis-Ortskoordinaten müssen nicht Ihren tatsächlichen Standort darstellen. - RingInOut-Server prüfen Anmeldung, aktives Gerät, Abonnement, Einwilligung und Kartenlimits. Die Freigabe eines Kartenaufrufs verwendet Authentifizierungsdaten, Vorgangsart und eine zufällige Anfragekennung (Nonce), um Aufrufe und Duplikate zu verwalten. Diese Freigabeanfragen enthalten keine Suchbegriffe, Adressen, Koordinaten, Anbieter-Orts-IDs oder Suchbegriff-Hashes. - Die Adressumwandlung des Geräts oder OS kann Koordinaten direkt an den Anbieter senden. Standortrechte können in den OS-Einstellungen widerrufen werden; zugehörige Funktionen sind dann möglicherweise eingeschränkt. Die Kartensuche ist freiwillig. - Für Google-Maps-Funktionen und -Inhalte gelten die zusätzlichen Nutzungsbedingungen (https://maps.google.com/help/terms_maps/) und Googles Datenschutzerklärung (https://policies.google.com/privacy). Für die NAVER-Ortssuche siehe NAVER-Datenschutzerklärung (https://policy.naver.com/policy/privacy.html), für NAVER Maps die NAVER-Cloud-Datenschutzerklärung (https://www.ncloud.com/policy/infou/infou). - RingInOut-Server speichern keine Rohaufnahmen. - Versionen mit direkter Anbindung speichern Suchergebnisse sowie Adressen und Koordinaten ausgewählter Orte nicht im RingInOut-Servercache. Kurzfristige Freigabedatensätze mit Konto, Vorgangsart, zufälliger Anfragekennung und Freigabeergebnis laufen nach etwa 24 Stunden ab; die TTL-Löschung kann später erfolgen. Während des Übergangs können Ortsdetail-Caches älterer Versionen Orts-IDs, Adressen, Koordinaten und einen pseudonymen Kontoverknüpfungs-Hash enthalten; ihre Ablaufzeit beträgt etwa 24 Stunden. Früher hochgeladene Standort-, Protokoll- und Diagnosedaten unterliegen gesonderter Aufbewahrung und Löschung. Diese Änderung bedeutet nicht, dass ihre Löschung abgeschlossen ist. - Manuelle Fehlerberichte senden eine von 13 festen Kategorien für ausgebliebene oder verspätete Alarme bei GPS-Eintritt/-Austritt, Wi-Fi-/Bluetooth-Verbindung oder -Trennung oder Sonstiges sowie bereinigte technische Logs. Namen, Adressen, Koordinaten, Suchbegriffe, ursprüngliche Orts-/Alarmnamen, SSID/BSSID, Konto-IDs und Antwortinhalte werden aus Logs entfernt. Auch Sonstiges erlaubt keinen Freitext. Abgeleitete Entscheidungsdaten wie Entfernung, Geschwindigkeit und Genauigkeit, Ereigniszeiten, Zustands-/Fehlercodes, App-/OS-/Berechtigungs-/Akkudaten sowie vorübergehende berichtsinterne Tags können enthalten sein. Die Einreichung kann einem Konto zugeordnet werden; Berichte sind daher nicht vollständig anonym. Der neue Meldeweg akzeptiert keine älteren Freitextberichte. - In Versionen mit direkter Anbindung, die dieses Dokument enthalten, ist die automatische und benutzerdefinierte Erfassung durch Firebase Performance Monitoring deaktiviert. Bereinigte Firebase-Crashlytics-Absturzdiagnosen und freiwillig gesendete Fehlerberichte bleiben verfügbar. - Kartennutzung wird als Anzahl je Konto und Anfragetyp erfasst; Beobachtungen der Plangrenzen enthalten Zahlen, etwa die Anzahl von Orten und Alarmen. Zeitzone und UTC-Abweichung des Kontos werden ebenfalls gespeichert. Diese Daten haben kein automatisches Ablaufdatum; es gelten die nachfolgenden Lösch- und Aufbewahrungskriterien. - Fehlerberichte und kurzfristige Limit-/Diagnosedokumente werden nach etwa 14 Tagen über Firestore TTL gelöscht; Verzögerungen sind möglich. Allgemeine Google-Cloud-Betriebslogs werden 30 Tage, erforderliche Auditlogs 400 Tage aufbewahrt. Nach Kontolöschung bleiben minimale Konto-/Kauftoken-Hashes und der Löschstatus ohne automatisches Ablaufdatum zur Verhinderung einer Wiederverwendung bestehen. Diese Hashes sind nicht vollständig anonym. Details und SDK-Fristen stehen in der Datenschutzerklärung. 6. Kontolöschung und Ausnahmen - Eine Löschung kann in den Einstellungen oder über die öffentliche Seite beantragt werden. Nicht benötigte Kontoverknüpfungen werden gelöscht oder anonymisiert. - Minimale Daten für Zahlung, Rückerstattung, Betrugsprävention, Einwilligungsnachweis, Streitfälle oder rechtliche Pflichten können bleiben. Google-Play-Abonnements sind separat zu kündigen. 7. Einwilligungsnachweis und Änderungen - Gespeichert werden überprüfte Dokumentversionen, Zeitpunkt, App-Version, Sprache und Konto-ID. - Wesentliche Änderungen verwenden eine neue Dokumentversion und erfordern erneute Einwilligung. 8. Sicherheitsgrenzen fuer kostenlose Suche und Adressabfrage - Monatliche Suchzahlen je Plan sind maximale Sicherheitsgrenzen fuer Kosten- und Missbrauchsschutz, keine garantierten Kontingente. - Bei Free koennen Ortssuche, Adresssuche, Geocoding und Reverse Geocoding schon vor der persoenlichen Monatsgrenze eingeschraenkt werden, wenn ein gemeinsames Freikontingent des Anbieters, ein Free-spezifisches Tages- oder Monatslimit oder ein administrativer Kostenschutz erreicht ist. - Free-spezifische gemeinsame Sperren gelten nicht fuer Plus oder Pro. Fuer bezahlte Plaene gelten weiterhin die jeweilige Monatsgrenze sowie Anbieter-, Rechts-, Sicherheits- und Stoerungsgrenzen. - Auch bei eingeschraenkter Suche koennen Sie die Karte bewegen, Koordinaten direkt waehlen, einen Radius festlegen und einen Ort speichern. Bestehende Orte und Alarme funktionieren weiter. 9. Bluetooth-Gerätealarme - Free umfasst 2 Bluetooth-Geräte und unbegrenzte Alarme je Gerät. Plus und Pro umfassen unbegrenzte Bluetooth-Geräte und Alarme. - Die Registrierung liest Namen und aktuellen Verbindungsstatus gekoppelter Geräte; nur aktuell verbundene Geräte können registriert werden. Es findet kein Umgebungsscan statt. Name, eine installationslokale pseudonyme ID und Alarme werden lokal gespeichert. - Ein Verbindungs- oder Trennungszustand wird nach etwa 5 Sekunden gleicher Bestätigung ausgelöst. Android-, Hersteller-, Profil-, Berechtigungs- und Energiesparverhalten kann Alarme verzögern, auslassen oder falsch auslösen. - Anzeigen bei der Löschung eines Bluetooth-Geräts folgen den Free-Regeln in Abschnitt 3. Gerät und verknüpfte Alarme werden unabhängig von einer Anzeige zuerst gelöscht. - Bei Kontolöschung werden Bluetooth-Daten, Beobachtungszuordnungen, lokales Salt und Diagnosen gelöscht. Zahlungs-, Kündigungs- und Erstattungsrichtlinie - Preis, Abrechnung, Verlängerung, Kündigung und Erstattungsfähigkeit kostenpflichtiger Pläne richten sich nach Google Play. - Kündigen Sie die automatische Verlängerung vor der nächsten Abbuchung in Google Play. Das Löschen des RingInOut-Kontos kündigt kein Google-Play-Abo. - Für Erstattungen und Zahlungsstreitigkeiten gelten die Google-Play-Verfahren. Gesetzliche Rechte bleiben unberührt. Prüfung abgeschlossener Erstattungen und neue Käufe - Wir prüfen von Google Play gemeldete abgeschlossene Erstattungen oder Erstattungen, die ein Administrator einzeln anhand einer Google-Play-Bestellung bestätigt hat. Testkäufe, Dienst- oder Entwicklerfehler, doppelte Abbuchungen und berechtigte Erstattungen sind ausgenommen. - Bestehende gültige bezahlte Zugänge, normale automatische Verlängerungen, Kaufwiederherstellung, Kernfunktionen, Kündigungs- und Erstattungsanträge sowie gesetzliche Rechte bleiben erhalten. Nature du service - RingInOut fournit des alarmes liées à un lieu ou à l'appareil avec GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth et état de l'appareil. - Les signaux de localisation, limites Android, économie d'énergie, autorisations, réseau et état de l'appareil peuvent retarder, manquer, dupliquer ou déclencher à tort une alarme. Ne dépendez pas uniquement de l'application pour une tâche critique. - Les alarmes Wi-Fi utilisent sur l'appareil l'état de connexion ou de déconnexion des réseaux Wi-Fi enregistrés. L'arrêt forcé, les autorisations retirées, l'économie d'énergie, les changements de réseau et le comportement de l'OS ou du fabricant peuvent retarder ou empêcher la détection. 2. Plans et limites - Free comprend 2 lieux et 2 alarmes par lieu en bêta comme en version normale. - Plus comprend 4 lieux et 3 alarmes par lieu. Pro comprend 50 lieux et 10 alarmes par lieu. La limite Android de géorepérages par application s'applique. - Plafonds mensuels de sécurité des recherches externes : Free 120, Plus 250, Pro 500. Un résultat du cache de l'appareil ne relance pas la recherche externe. Free inclut la recherche texte ; la recherche d'adresse inverse est disponible avec Plus/Pro. 3. Plan Free financé par la publicité - Une publicité n’est demandée que si le serveur RingInOut confirme que le compte actuel est Free et si Google UMP autorise les demandes. Les comptes Plus, Pro, Special et développeur/administrateur ne demandent aucune publicité. - Free ne montre aucune publicité d’ouverture pendant les 12 premières heures après installation. Ensuite, au maximum une publicité par 12 heures peut apparaître au lancement ou au retour au premier plan, y compris sur l’écran principal après l’arrêt d’une alarme. Chaque affichage réel d’une publicité d’ouverture ou d’action relance le délai de 12 heures avant la prochaine publicité d’ouverture. Une absence d’affichage ou un échec de chargement ne le réinitialise pas. - Les publicités d’action utilisent deux groupes partagés de six heures. La suppression d’un lieu ou d’un appareil Bluetooth partage un groupe. La suppression d’une alarme de lieu ou d’appareil Bluetooth et l’enregistrement de sa modification partagent l’autre groupe. Chaque groupe peut afficher une nouvelle publicité seulement six heures après son dernier affichage réel. - Entre deux publicités plein écran, il faut au moins 30 minutes depuis l’affichage réel précédent. Une suppression groupée ou incluant les alarmes liées peut afficher au plus une publicité. - Une publicité d’action ne s’affiche immédiatement que si elle est déjà prête. Sinon, elle est ignorée pour cette action et n’est jamais affichée plus tard ni relancée. - La suppression est terminée avant toute publicité et n’est pas annulée si aucune ne s’affiche. La suppression de compte, les demandes de droits et le nettoyage automatique ne déclenchent aucune publicité d’action. - Google Mobile Ads et Google UMP peuvent traiter les identifiants publicitaires, l’adresse IP, les informations de l’appareil et les interactions pour la diffusion, la mesure, la gestion du consentement/des choix et la prévention de la fraude. 4. Contrôles d'alarme - Arrêter termine seulement la sonnerie actuelle. Les alarmes uniques sont terminées ; les récurrentes restent disponibles. - Reporter programme un rappel ; mettre en pause supprime l'alarme pendant la période choisie. - Faux déclenchement termine seulement la sonnerie actuelle, garde l'alarme active et ne vaut pas arrivée ou départ valide. 5. Données et stockage de l'appareil - Les lieux, alarmes, historique et cache de recherche sont principalement stockés sur l'appareil et peuvent être irrécupérables après désinstallation, effacement ou perte. - Votre position actuelle ainsi que les coordonnées et le rayon des lieux enregistrés servent à détecter les arrivées, départs et passages sur l’appareil. La surveillance normale en arrière-plan ne crée pas d’historique des déplacements sur les serveurs RingInOut. - Le fonctionnement suivant s’applique aux nouvelles versions à appels directs qui incluent ce document. Les recherches, adresses et coordonnées GPS actuelles ou choisies nécessaires à la recherche de lieux/adresses et au géocodage inverse payant sont envoyées directement par l’application à Google Maps/Places/Geocoding, NAVER Local Search ou NAVER Maps, sans passer par les serveurs RingInOut. Les fournisseurs traitent les demandes selon leurs politiques. Les identifiants de compte RingInOut et UID Firebase ne sont pas ajoutés comme champs distincts aux demandes des fournisseurs cartographiques. Les anciennes voies de recherche par serveur doivent être bloquées après la période de transition. - Une recherche à proximité peut envoyer la position et la zone nécessaires directement au fournisseur cartographique choisi. Les listes Google n’affichent pas de distances ; seule la distance du lieu sélectionné est calculée sur l’appareil. La recherche NAVER à proximité de la position actuelle et le calcul local des distances sont maintenus. Les coordonnées de recherche d’adresse peuvent être la position actuelle ou un point choisi, et celles d’un résultat ne désignent pas nécessairement votre position réelle. - Les serveurs RingInOut vérifient la connexion, l’appareil actif, l’abonnement, le consentement et les limites cartographiques. L’autorisation d’un appel utilise les données d’authentification, le type d’opération et un identifiant aléatoire de demande (nonce) pour gérer les compteurs et doublons. Ces demandes d’autorisation ne contiennent ni recherche, ni adresse, ni coordonnées, ni identifiant de lieu du fournisseur, ni hachage de recherche. - La conversion d’adresses par l’appareil ou le système peut envoyer des coordonnées directement au fournisseur. Vous pouvez retirer la permission de localisation dans les réglages système, ce qui peut limiter les fonctions concernées. La recherche cartographique est facultative. - Les fonctions et contenus Google Maps sont soumis aux conditions supplémentaires (https://maps.google.com/help/terms_maps/) et à la politique de confidentialité Google (https://policies.google.com/privacy). Pendant la transition, les caches de détails des anciennes versions peuvent contenir identifiants de lieu, adresses, coordonnées et hachage pseudonyme de liaison au compte, avec une expiration d’environ 24 heures. Les anciennes données de position, journaux et diagnostics restent soumises à une conservation et une suppression distinctes ; ce changement ne signifie pas que leur suppression est terminée. - Les rapports manuels envoient l’une des 13 catégories fixes d’alarmes manquées ou retardées pour entrée/sortie GPS, connexion/déconnexion Wi-Fi ou Bluetooth, ou Autre, avec des journaux techniques nettoyés. Les journaux excluent noms, adresses, coordonnées, recherches, noms bruts de lieux/alarmes, SSID/BSSID, identifiants de compte et corps de réponse. Aucun texte libre n’est accepté, même pour Autre. Des informations de décision dérivées comme distance, vitesse et précision, heures, codes d’état/erreur, informations d’application/OS/autorisations/batterie et étiquettes temporaires propres au rapport peuvent rester. L’envoi peut être associé à un compte : les rapports ne sont donc pas totalement anonymes. La nouvelle voie de rapport refuse les anciens rapports en texte libre. - Dans les nouvelles versions à appels directs qui incluent ce document, la collecte automatique et personnalisée de Firebase Performance Monitoring est désactivée. Les diagnostics de plantage Firebase Crashlytics nettoyés et les rapports que vous choisissez d’envoyer sont maintenus. - L’utilisation des cartes est comptée par compte et type de requête ; les observations des limites contiennent des nombres, notamment de lieux et d’alarmes. Le fuseau horaire et le décalage UTC du compte sont aussi enregistrés. Ces données n’expirent pas automatiquement et suivent les critères de suppression et exceptions ci-dessous. - Les rapports de bugs et documents temporaires de limites/diagnostic expirent par Firestore TTL après environ 14 jours, avec un retard possible. Les journaux généraux Google Cloud sont conservés 30 jours et les journaux d’audit obligatoires 400 jours. Après suppression du compte, des hachages minimaux de compte/jeton d’achat et l’état de suppression restent sans expiration automatique pour empêcher leur réutilisation. Ils ne sont pas totalement anonymes. Consultez la politique de confidentialité pour les détails et les durées des SDK. 6. Suppression de compte et exceptions - Demandez la suppression dans les réglages ou via la page publique. Les liens de compte inutiles sont supprimés ou anonymisés. - Les données minimales nécessaires aux paiements, remboursements, prévention de fraude, preuve de consentement, litiges ou obligations légales peuvent être conservées. Annulez séparément les abonnements Google Play. 7. Preuve de consentement et changements - Nous enregistrons les versions des documents consultés, l'heure, la version de l'application, la langue et l'identifiant de compte. - Les changements importants utilisent une nouvelle version de document et demandent un nouveau consentement. 8. Limites de securite de la recherche et des adresses gratuites - Les nombres mensuels de recherches par forfait sont des plafonds de securite pour maitriser les couts et les abus, et non des quotas garantis. - Pour Free, la recherche de lieux ou d'adresses, le geocodage et le geocodage inverse peuvent etre limites avant le plafond personnel si le quota gratuit partage du fournisseur, une limite quotidienne ou mensuelle reservee a Free, ou une protection administrative des couts est atteint. - Le blocage partage reserve a Free ne s'applique pas a Plus ou Pro. Les forfaits payants restent soumis a leur plafond mensuel et aux restrictions du fournisseur, legales, de securite ou de panne. - Meme si la recherche est limitee, vous pouvez deplacer la carte, choisir directement des coordonnees, definir un rayon et enregistrer un lieu. Les lieux et alarmes existants continuent de fonctionner. 9. Alarmes d’appareils Bluetooth - Free comprend 2 appareils Bluetooth et des alarmes illimitées par appareil. Plus et Pro comprennent des appareils et alarmes Bluetooth illimités. - L’inscription lit le nom et l’état de connexion des appareils associés ; seul un appareil actuellement connecté peut être enregistré. Aucun balayage des appareils proches. Le nom choisi, un identifiant désidentifié local à l’installation et les alarmes restent sur l’appareil. - Un état de connexion ou déconnexion est confirmé après environ 5 secondes. Android, le fabricant, le profil, les autorisations, l’économie d’énergie ou l’arrêt forcé peuvent encore retarder, manquer ou déclencher à tort une alarme. - Les publicités liées à la suppression d’un appareil Bluetooth suivent les règles Free de la section 3. L’appareil et ses alarmes sont d’abord supprimés, qu’une publicité s’affiche ou non. - La suppression du compte efface les données Bluetooth, associations d’observation, salt local et diagnostics. Politique de paiement, résiliation et remboursement - Prix, facturation, renouvellement, résiliation et remboursement des plans payants suivent Google Play. - Résiliez le renouvellement automatique dans Google Play avant le prochain paiement. La suppression du compte RingInOut n'annule pas un abonnement Google Play. - Utilisez les procédures Google Play pour les remboursements et litiges. Les droits légaux restent inchangés. Examen des remboursements définitifs et nouveaux achats - Nous examinons les remboursements définitifs reçus de Google Play ou vérifiés individuellement par un administrateur auprès d’une commande Google Play. Tous les remboursements ne sont pas collectés automatiquement. Chaque commande distincte compte une fois et est rattachée au compte RingInOut vérifié. - Si un administrateur confirme un abus pour au moins 2 commandes distinctes dont les remboursements datent chacun de moins de 3 mois calendaires, les nouveaux achats et changements de forfait nécessitant un achat sont limités pendant 30 jours à compter de cette décision. Une demande de remboursement ou un motif inconnu ne suffit pas. Les achats de test, erreurs du service ou du développeur, doubles débits et remboursements légitimes sont exclus. - Les droits payants valides existants, renouvellements automatiques normaux, restaurations d’achats, fonctions essentielles, demandes de résiliation ou remboursement et droits légaux sont préservés. Naturaleza del servicio - RingInOut ofrece alarmas por lugar o dispositivo mediante GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth y estado del dispositivo. - Las señales de ubicación, límites de Android, ahorro de batería, permisos, red y estado del dispositivo pueden retrasar, omitir, duplicar o activar por error una alarma. No dependas solo de esta app para tareas críticas. - Las alarmas Wi-Fi usan en el dispositivo el estado de conexión o desconexión de las redes Wi-Fi guardadas. El cierre forzado, permisos retirados, ahorro de batería, cambios de red y el comportamiento del SO o fabricante pueden retrasar o impedir la detección. 2. Planes y límites - Free incluye 2 lugares y 2 alarmas por lugar tanto en beta como en la versión normal. - Plus incluye 4 lugares y 3 alarmas por lugar. Pro incluye 50 lugares y 10 alarmas por lugar. Se aplica el límite Android de geocercas por aplicación. - Límites mensuales de seguridad de búsqueda externa: Free 120, Plus 250, Pro 500. Un resultado de caché no repite la búsqueda externa. Free incluye búsqueda de texto; la búsqueda inversa de dirección está disponible con Plus/Pro. 3. Plan Free con publicidad - Solo se solicitan anuncios cuando el servidor de RingInOut confirma que la cuenta actual es Free y Google UMP permite solicitarlos. Las cuentas Plus, Pro, Special y de desarrollador/administrador no solicitan anuncios. - Free no muestra anuncios de apertura durante las primeras 12 horas tras la instalación. Después, puede mostrarse como máximo un anuncio cada 12 horas al iniciar la app o volver al primer plano, incluso en la pantalla principal después de detener una alarma. Cada impresión real de un anuncio de apertura o de acción reinicia la espera de 12 horas para el siguiente anuncio de apertura. Si no se muestra o falla la carga, el tiempo no se reinicia. - Los anuncios por acciones usan dos grupos compartidos de seis horas. Eliminar un lugar o dispositivo Bluetooth comparte un grupo. Eliminar una alarma de lugar o dispositivo Bluetooth y guardar su edición comparten el otro grupo. Cada grupo solo puede mostrar otro anuncio seis horas después de su última impresión real. - Entre anuncios a pantalla completa deben transcurrir al menos 30 minutos desde la última impresión real. Una eliminación múltiple o que incluya alarmas vinculadas puede mostrar como máximo un anuncio. - Un anuncio de acción solo aparece de inmediato si ya está listo. Si no lo está, se omite para esa acción y nunca se muestra con retraso ni se reintenta después. - La eliminación termina antes del anuncio y no se deshace si este no aparece. La eliminación de cuenta, las solicitudes de derechos y la limpieza automática no generan anuncios de acción. - Google Mobile Ads y Google UMP pueden procesar identificadores publicitarios, dirección IP, información del dispositivo e interacciones para entrega, medición, gestión de consentimiento/opciones y prevención de fraude. 4. Controles de alarma - Detener finaliza solo el sonido actual. Las alarmas únicas se completan; las recurrentes siguen disponibles. - Posponer programa un recordatorio y Pausar suprime la alarma durante el periodo elegido. - Falso disparo termina solo el sonido actual, mantiene activa la alarma y no cuenta como llegada o salida válida. 5. Datos y almacenamiento del dispositivo - Lugares, alarmas, historial y caché se guardan principalmente en el dispositivo y pueden no recuperarse tras desinstalar, borrar datos o perder el dispositivo. - Tu ubicación actual y las coordenadas y el radio de los lugares guardados se usan en el dispositivo para detectar llegadas, salidas y pasos. La vigilancia normal en segundo plano no crea un historial de movimientos en los servidores de RingInOut. - El siguiente funcionamiento se aplica a las nuevas versiones con llamadas directas que incluyen este documento. Los términos de búsqueda, direcciones y coordenadas GPS actuales o elegidas necesarias para buscar lugares/direcciones y realizar geocodificación inversa de pago se envían directamente desde la aplicación a Google Maps/Places/Geocoding, NAVER Local Search o NAVER Maps, sin pasar por servidores RingInOut. Los proveedores procesan las solicitudes según sus políticas. Los ID de cuenta RingInOut y UID de Firebase no se incluyen como campos independientes en las solicitudes a proveedores de mapas. Las rutas de búsqueda por servidor de versiones anteriores se bloquearán después del período de transición. - Las búsquedas cercanas pueden enviar la ubicación y el área necesarias directamente al proveedor de mapas elegido. Las listas Google no muestran distancias; solo se calcula en el dispositivo la distancia al lugar seleccionado. Se mantienen la búsqueda NAVER cerca de la ubicación actual y el cálculo local de distancias. Las coordenadas de consulta de dirección pueden ser tu ubicación actual o un punto elegido, y las de un resultado no necesariamente representan tu ubicación real. - Los servidores RingInOut verifican el inicio de sesión, dispositivo activo, suscripción, consentimiento y límites de mapas. La autorización utiliza datos de autenticación, tipo de operación y un identificador aleatorio de solicitud (nonce) para gestionar recuentos y duplicados. Estas solicitudes de autorización no incluyen búsquedas, direcciones, coordenadas, ID de lugar del proveedor ni hashes de búsquedas. - La conversión de direcciones del dispositivo o sistema puede enviar coordenadas directamente al proveedor. Puedes retirar el permiso de ubicación en los ajustes del sistema, con posibles límites en las funciones correspondientes. Buscar en el mapa es opcional. - Las funciones y contenidos de Google Maps están sujetos a sus condiciones adicionales (https://maps.google.com/help/terms_maps/) y política de privacidad (https://policies.google.com/privacy). Para la búsqueda local de NAVER consulta su política (https://policy.naver.com/policy/privacy.html); para NAVER Maps, la política de NAVER Cloud (https://www.ncloud.com/policy/infou/infou). - Los servidores RingInOut no conservan grabaciones de voz originales. - Las versiones con llamadas directas no almacenan en caché en servidores RingInOut resultados, direcciones ni coordenadas de lugares seleccionados. Los registros temporales de autorización con cuenta, tipo de operación, identificador aleatorio y resultado de autorización caducan tras unas 24 horas; la eliminación TTL puede ocurrir después. Durante la transición, las cachés de detalles de versiones anteriores pueden contener ID de lugar, direcciones, coordenadas y un hash seudónimo de vinculación de cuenta, con caducidad de unas 24 horas. Los datos de ubicación, registros y diagnósticos enviados anteriormente mantienen un tratamiento de conservación y eliminación separado; este cambio no significa que su eliminación haya terminado. - Los informes manuales envían una de 13 categorías fijas de alarmas omitidas o retrasadas por entrada/salida GPS, conexión/desconexión Wi-Fi o Bluetooth, u Otro, con registros técnicos depurados. Los registros excluyen nombres, direcciones, coordenadas, búsquedas, nombres originales de lugares/alarmas, SSID/BSSID, ID de cuenta y cuerpos de respuesta. No se acepta texto libre, tampoco en Otro. Pueden quedar datos derivados para decisiones como distancia, velocidad y precisión, horas, códigos de estado/error, datos de aplicación/OS/permisos/batería y etiquetas temporales limitadas al informe. El envío puede vincularse a una cuenta, por lo que los informes no son completamente anónimos. La nueva ruta no admite informes antiguos de texto libre. - En las nuevas versiones con llamadas directas que incluyen este documento se desactiva la recopilación automática y personalizada de Firebase Performance Monitoring. Se mantienen los diagnósticos depurados de Firebase Crashlytics y los informes que eliges enviar. - El uso de mapas se registra como cantidades por cuenta y tipo de solicitud; las observaciones de límites contienen cifras, como el número de lugares y alarmas. También se guardan zona horaria y desfase UTC de la cuenta. Estos datos no caducan automáticamente y siguen las reglas de eliminación y excepciones siguientes. - Los informes de errores y documentos temporales de límites/diagnóstico vencen por Firestore TTL después de unos 14 días; la eliminación puede retrasarse. Los registros generales de Google Cloud se conservan 30 días y los registros de auditoría obligatorios, 400 días. Tras eliminar la cuenta, se mantienen hashes mínimos de cuenta/token de compra y el estado de eliminación sin caducidad automática para evitar reutilizaciones. No son totalmente anónimos. Consulta la política de privacidad para conocer los detalles y los plazos de los SDK. 6. Eliminación de cuenta y excepciones - Solicita la eliminación en Ajustes o mediante la página pública. Los vínculos de cuenta innecesarios se eliminan o anonimizan. - Pueden conservarse datos mínimos para pagos, reembolsos, fraude, evidencia de consentimiento, disputas u obligaciones legales. Cancela por separado las suscripciones de Google Play. 7. Evidencia de consentimiento y cambios - Registramos versiones de documentos revisados, hora, versión de app, idioma e identificador de cuenta. - Los cambios importantes usan una nueva versión del documento y requieren consentimiento de nuevo. 8. Limites de seguridad para busqueda y consulta de direcciones gratuitas - Las cantidades mensuales de busqueda por plan son limites maximos de seguridad para controlar costes y abuso, no cupos garantizados. - En Free, la busqueda de lugares o direcciones, la geocodificacion y la geocodificacion inversa pueden limitarse antes del tope personal si se alcanza el cupo gratuito compartido del proveedor, un limite diario o mensual exclusivo de Free, o una proteccion administrativa de costes. - El bloqueo compartido exclusivo de Free no se aplica a Plus ni Pro. Los planes de pago siguen sujetos a su tope mensual y a restricciones del proveedor, legales, de seguridad o por interrupciones. - Aunque la busqueda este limitada, puedes mover el mapa, elegir coordenadas directamente, definir un radio y guardar un lugar. Los lugares y alarmas existentes siguen funcionando. 9. Alarmas de dispositivos Bluetooth - Free incluye 2 dispositivos Bluetooth y alarmas ilimitadas por dispositivo. Plus y Pro incluyen dispositivos y alarmas Bluetooth ilimitados. - El registro lee el nombre y el estado de conexión de dispositivos vinculados; solo se puede registrar uno conectado actualmente. No se buscan dispositivos cercanos. El nombre, un ID desidentificado local de la instalación y las alarmas se guardan localmente. - La conexión o desconexión se confirma tras unos 5 segundos en el mismo estado. Android, el fabricante, el perfil, los permisos, el ahorro de energía o el cierre forzado pueden retrasar, omitir o activar erróneamente una alarma. - Los anuncios por eliminar un dispositivo Bluetooth siguen las reglas de Free de la sección 3. El dispositivo y sus alarmas se eliminan primero, se muestre o no un anuncio. - Al eliminar la cuenta se borran datos Bluetooth, asociaciones de observación, salt local y diagnósticos. Política de pago, cancelación y reembolso - El precio, facturación, renovación, cancelación y reembolso de planes de pago siguen Google Play. - Cancela la renovación automática en Google Play antes del siguiente cobro. Eliminar la cuenta RingInOut no cancela una suscripción de Google Play. - Usa los procedimientos de Google Play para reembolsos y disputas. Los derechos legales no se limitan. Revisión de reembolsos completados y nuevas compras - Revisamos reembolsos completados recibidos de Google Play o verificados individualmente por un administrador con un pedido de Google Play. No todos los reembolsos se recopilan automáticamente. Cada pedido distinto cuenta una vez y se vincula a su cuenta RingInOut verificada. - Cuando un administrador confirma abuso en al menos 2 pedidos distintos cuyos reembolsos están dentro de los 3 meses naturales desde su fecha de finalización, se restringen las nuevas compras y cambios de plan que requieren una compra durante 30 días desde esa decisión. Una solicitud o un motivo desconocido no bastan. Se excluyen compras de prueba, errores del servicio o del desarrollador, cargos duplicados y reembolsos legítimos. - Esta restricción preserva el acceso de pago válido existente, las renovaciones automáticas normales, la restauración de compras, las funciones esenciales, las solicitudes de cancelación o reembolso y los derechos legales. Los cambios de derechos por reembolsos o cancelaciones de Google Play son independientes. Mostramos el motivo y la fecha de fin.
